Gla-domainless Factor Xa as a new treatment of hemorrhages

Our goal is to provide a therapeutic solution for two unmet medical needs that are the hemophilia with inhibitors (both A and B) and the overdosing of DOA or the bleeding following a trauma under DOA. This project is based on the use of a gamma-carboxylated deleted factor X.

Swallowing and Respiration : Modelling and e-Health at Home

The project aims to explain the normal behavior of two coupled functions in human, swallowing and breathing, to better understand the etiology of the mechanisms underlying pathological behaviors of dysphagia, dyspnea and dysphonia, related to a brain stroke.

The NOCT project aims at developing two apparatus, one for imaging and one for navigation, integrated in a complete clinical application of real-time echography navigated biopsy, which would be the first of its kind in the world.

Dynamic Reconstruction of Region Of Interest Tomography. Theory and Experiments

Aims : reconstruct medical images from truncated radiographic projections of organs that are in motion during the data acquisition ; develop solid theoretical bases for the development of robust and efficient algorithms ; test and evaluate these methods in the context of interventional imaging, in orthopedics in the framework of pedicle screw insertion and in radiotherapy of lung tumours.
