As a pluridisciplinary research team, DyCTiM’s investigations focus on the complexity of molecular and morphodynamical regulation processes that drive cell division, migration and transformation, as well as extracellular matrix remodelling in normal and pathological tissues. Thanks to a strong synergy of complementary expertises joined around common research axes, our group aims at :
Increasing our understanding of the mechanoregulation of tissue remodelling in speciﬁc physiopathological contexts,
Developing systems biology approaches based on iterative confrontation of biological and clinical data-driven theoretical modelling and model-guided experiments,
Elaborating in parallel original 4D techniques and computational algorithms for imaging cells and tissues,
Proposing strategies for the elaboration of new diagnoses and clinical protocols related to the pathologies under study.
