In this project we want to compensate efficiently and analytically patient movement or organ deformations (such as cardiac movement) during scanner acquisitions. We proposed efficient acquisition protocol and analytical and fast Filtered Back-Projection methods that take care exactly for affine deformations in 2D parallel and fan-beam 2D+time dynamic tomography.
