 collaboration with CEA/DSV/CMBA on the study of structure-activity relation (SAR) of bio-active molecules in the framework of the ACCAMBA (ACI IMPbio project) under the coordination of G. Bisson. Other participants : CEA Saclay, Institut Curie, LRI (Paris X), IBL (Lille) and CNRS-Roscoff.
 collaboration with the SIB (Swiss Institute of Bioinformatic) on the annotation of documents in genomics, initiated through the CADERIGE projet (ACI on information extraction of genomic interactions from the MEDLINE database).

Models of social and economic systems :

 collaboration with the CAMS/EHESS lab on the study of discrete choice models, and the influence of social interactions on market dynamics, initiated through the ELICCIR projet (ACI Systèmes Complexes)
 collaboration with the experimental economy laboratory Gael (UPMF-INRA) on the emergence of social norms and human cooperation (BQR-INPG 2006-2007), and the conditions for efficient coordination against suboptimal choices (support from IPI -Grenoble)

Modeling of human learning :

 collaboration with the METAH team on the cognitive modeling of students based on problem solving traces of interactions with the Algebra learning system APLUSIX, initiated through the project Cognitique-Algebre
 collaboration with the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA), the Laboratoire GIPSA (Grenoble Image Parole Signal Automatique) and the LPEQ/Université de Nice on modeling the interactions between the visual and semantic processes, through the project EYE-LSA: A computational model of augmented information seeking on the web (ANR Projet Blanc )
